Creatinine, urea and urate all increase as the ability of the kidneys to filter fluid within the body declines. This is irrespective of the cause of reduced efficiency of the kidneys.

It is very complex but take my word for it, It is too dangerous to be available as freely as it is now.

Even companies who are selling it would consider taking it out of market cause now some people know why they always advise it to be taken with glucose. It's effect on molecular level can cause diabetes.

but we don't live in an ideal world and human life is too short to be lived idealistically. there are far more greater chances of one's death due to accidents then of old age. so we end up living in the fast lane, expecting fast results. i believe, human body has evolved upto some extent to be able to process "processed" food (health supplements and canned food etc.). anything taken in moderation won't cause permanent damage. coming back to the discussion of creatine: it's often advised to cycle creatine usage. some people have a heavy "loading" phase and then quit for a couple of months. some people (like me), just take 5ml of creatine for 3 months on and off. everybody has different needs and everybody can't digest creatine too easily. people need to try out different doses and if it doesn't suit them then maybe this stuff is not meant for them. your body can tell you if the stuff is not good for you. i am not refuting your advice but then if we want to live a disease free life then we need to get rid of all the junk food, trans fats and other such stuff. |
