cost vary at various hospital. I think it cost is now Rs 10000 to Rs25000 . One of my friends spend Rs 25000 in 2008. Now he is not need of his spectales.

This is the best eye care facility in south India.
Consult the doctors there for your issue.

Lasik does not prove that you will not have the sight again in your later years, 35+.

It's better to stick on with glasses as you have a very less sight problem.
