I want to buy a product x! I know dealer,retailer and distributor of that product in my area! 4m whom should I buy that product! and who s more likely to quote the least price?

better wud be if u know the manufacturer
coz he adds margin for the distributor, who adds margin for dealer who adds margin for the retailer who adds margin and sells it to the ultimate consumer.

wats the role of dealer here? can't retailer buy products directly from distributors?

Distributor will distribute the products to different dealers.
Dealers sell the products to aam junta or to the retailers (generally in bulk)
Retailers sell the product to consumers

buying a product without bill is taking huge risk
just to save 12.5% tax, u have to loose genuine warranty

Chandigarh - VAT .... 4% equivalent to Rs 2500 I m thinking of buying good speakers from that money!
